Answer:

50 pascal

Explanation:

pressure = force /area

1 meter = 100 cm

pressure = 250/500*10-²

              = 250/5

               =50 pascal

Pressure exerted by body is 5000 Pa.

Given - Force and area

Find - Pressure

Solution - Pressure, force and area are related to each other as -

Pressure = Force/Area

As we know, 1 m² = 10⁴ cm²

500 cm² = 500/10⁴

500 cm² = 0.05 m²

Keep the values in formula

Pressure =  \frac{250}{0.05}

Pressure = 5000 Pa

Hence, the pressure is 5000 Pa.
