A force of 4 N acts on a body of mass 2 kg for 4 s. Assuming the body to be initially at rest, find its velocity when the force stops acting

a = F/m = 4/2 = 2 m/s^2

now

u = 0
v = ?
t = 4s
a= 2 m/s^2

now
v-u = at
v = at + u
= 2(4) + 0
=8 m/s
