Force = 40 N = 40 Kg -m/so
Double the mass and length, and triple the time, you will get :
F' = 40 × 2 × 2 ÷ 9 Kg-m/s² = 160/9 N

Unit of mass is doubled, so multiply it by 2, unit of length is doubled, so again multiply by 2, unit of time is tripled, so divide it by 3². Why ? Because Force is directly proportional to mass and length and inversely proportional to square of time
