A force of 50n acts on a body and moves the body on a straight path to adistance of 4 metres. find the work done if the force acts at an angle of 60with horizontal.

The concept is that
work \: done = force \times displacement \\  \times  \cos(theta)
So,
The answer is 100 joules.

Force = 50N
Displacement = 4m
Angle of force = 60°

Solution : formula used work done = force . Displacement. Cos 60°

Work done = F*S*COS 60°
wd = 50* 4 * ½
Wd= 100 J
