Given, Time = 1 minute. = 60 seconds.

By the Newton's second law of the Motion,

Force = Change in momentum/time

⇒ Change in Momentum = Force × Time

∴ Change in  momentum = 7 × 60

⇒ Change in the Momentum = 420 Ns.


Hence, the Change in momentum of the body in direction of the force is 420 Ns.
