Electrolyte : - which conducts electrivity due to presence of charged ions.

Cu ions : - Removal or Addition of electron(s) result in acquiring charge( negative or positive) which results in formation of charged particles known as ions.
Therefore, Cu ions have charges i.e, they are not neutral.

Dissociation is the process of breaking up of a moeity into constituent particles.
