Answer:

let,the numerator = x

let,the denominator = y

A.T.Q :-

x+2/y+2 = 9/11 (1st equation)

x+3/y+3 = 5/6 (2nd equation)

from 1st equation , x+2/y+2=9/11

11(x+2) = 9(y+2)

11x-9y = -4

from 2nd equation , x+3/y+3 = 5/6

6(x+3) = 5(y+3)

6x-5y = -3

By using the substitution method :-

11x-8y = -4

x = -4+8y/11. ( 3rd equation )

put equation third in 6x-5y=-3

6(-4+8y/11) - 5y =-3
