fruit bag contains :

oranges          = 1/3 of total fruits in the bag ---> 1/3*240 = 80

pomegranate = 1/4 of total fruits in the bag ---> 1/4*240 = 60

apples             =1/5 of  total fruits in the bag ---> 1/5*240 = 48

sum of no. of the above fruits                          =                    188

then the remaining are mangoes

no. of mangoes  =  240-188 = 52

then the fraction of mangoes = no. of mangoes in the bag ÷ total no. of  

                                                                                                   fruits in the bag.

fraction of mangoes = 52/240 = 13/60
