a fruit seller bought 75 kg apple at rupees 30 per kg he sold one - third Apple at a loss of 5% at what rate should he sell the remaining so that his overall gain is 10 %​

he want gain of 10% over it so 2250*10/100 = ₹225/-

over all rupees = ₹2475/-

1case sold 1/3 apples((75/3= 25kgs)) @loss of 5%

i.e 30*5/100 = ₹1.5 should deduct from 30 then

₹30-₹1.5 = ₹28.5

net amount he got in this case is

25kgs * ₹28.5 = ₹712.5

we need the over all profit of ₹2475/-

case2 if we deduct the ₹712.5/- from over all profit we'll get the remains balance should have to earn by selling remaing units of mangoes i.e

2475-712.5 = ₹1762.5/- for 50 kgs of mangoes

i.e per kg 1762.5/50 = ₹35.25/-
