C.p of 3 banana = 8

s.p of 2 banana = 7

so,

cp of 1 banana = 8/3

sp of 1 banana = 7/2

gain = s.p - c.p

=

 \frac{7}{2}  -  \frac{8}{3}  \\  \\  \frac{21 - 16}{6}  =  \frac{5}{6}  \\  \\

gain% =

 \frac{gain \times 100}{cp}

 \frac{ \frac{5}{6}  \times 100}{ { \frac{8}{3} } }  \\  \\   =  \frac{500  }{6  }  \times  \frac{3}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{500}{16}  \\  = 31.25\%
