Given :- Pack I contains 6 apples, 3 oranges and 3 pomegranates. Pack II contains 5 apples, 4 oranges and 4 pomegranates and Pack III contains 6 apples, 6 oranges and 6 pomegranates. The cost of an apple, an orange and a pomegranates respectively are ₹30,₹15 and ₹45.

To Find :- What is the cost of preparing each package of fruits ?

Solution :-

Pack 1 :-

→ Cost of 1 apple = Rs.30

so,

→ Cost of 6 apples = 30 * 6 = Rs.180

and,

→ Cost of 1 orange = Rs.15

so,

→ Cost of 3 oranges = 15 * 3 = Rs.45

and,

→ Cost of 1 pomegranate = Rs.45

so,

→ Cost of 3 pomegranates = 45 * 3 = Rs.135

then,

→ Total cost of preparing package 1 = 180 + 45 + 135 = Rs.360 (Ans.)

Pack 2) :-

→ Cost of 1 apple = Rs.30

so,

→ Cost of 5 apples = 30 * 5 = Rs.150

and,

→ Cost of 1 orange = Rs.15

so,

→ Cost of 4 oranges = 15 * 4 = Rs.60

and,

→ Cost of 1 pomegranate = Rs.45

so,

→ Cost of 4 pomegranates = 45 * 4 = Rs.180

then,

→ Total cost of preparing package 1 = 150 + 60 + 180 = Rs.390 (Ans.)

Pack 3) :-

→ Cost of 1 apple = Rs.30

so,

→ Cost of 6 apples = 30 * 6 = Rs.180

and,

→ Cost of 1 orange = Rs.15

so,

→ Cost of 6 oranges = 15 * 3 = Rs.90

and,

→ Cost of 1 pomegranate = Rs.45

so,

→ Cost of 6 pomegranates = 45 * 3 = Rs.270

then,

→ Total cost of preparing package 1 = 180 + 90 + 270 = Rs.540 (Ans.)
