money he pay for 50 dozen = 50*15
= ₹250
hence he had a loss
loss = 600-250
= ₹350
loss Percentage = 350/600*100
= 58.34%

cost price=RS.600

selling price=50*15

=RS.750

CP<SP is Profit=SP-CP

=750-600

=RS.150
