Because fungus have cell wall.But animal cells lacks cell wall.

This is because the fungus depends upon the dead decaying materials or on the body of dead plants and animals and they are saprophytes . While animals such as giraffe feeds on solid foodand take it in their body by ingestion and absorb the food in their body cells and are called as holozoic.
