a galloping stops suddenly.What will happen to its rider and why?

the rider will fall from the horse .

REASON -

the rider in the horse is in the state of motion . so when the horse is brought to stop suddenly the rider due to inertia of motion continues to be in the state of motion and therefore falls in front of the horse
