A garden is 12 m long and 8.5 m broad . If 3 square metres of land is required for each sapling,how many sapling can be planted in the garden

So,the number of saplings can be grown are equal to area of garden divide by 3.
area of garden =l*b
                        =12*8.5
                        =102 m²
no of saplings can be draw =102/3
                                            =34 saplings can be drawn
