No. of plants = 3604

No. of plants left = 4

No. of plants required to form square = 3604 - 4

= 3600

No. of sides in a Square = 4

∴ No. of rows = 3600/4

= 900

4 plants are left
hence we need to deduce from total number of plants
I.e. 3604-4=3600
3600 is a perfect square no
hence root 3600 is 60
hence the number of plants in a row is 60
