A gardener wants to fence a circular garden of diameter 28 m. Find the length of the rope he needs to purchase, if he makes 2 rounds of fence. Also, find the cost of the rope, if it costs Rs. 4 per meter. (Take π=22/7)​

here,diameter(d)=28m

radius(r)=d/2

=28/2=14m

now perimeter of circle =2pier

=2×22×14/7

= 308m2

To make 2 round of fence,rope required=308×2=616

cost of rope=rs.4 per m

total cost =rs 4×616

=rs 2464
