40days = 1200men

1men = 40/1200days

1200+800 men = 40/1200days ×2000

2000men can provision 66.3333 days

Step-by-step explanation:

\large \blue{ \mid{ \fbox{ \tt{Answer=  20 days}}\mid}}

\large \blue{ \mid{ \fbox{ \tt{Given:-}}\mid}}

A garrison have 1200 men's already

Provisions of days for 1200 men's: 40 days

\large \blue{ \mid{ \fbox{ \tt{To find:-}}\mid}}

If 800 Mens Are Added in 1200 mens in garrison

So How many days will the provisions last.

\large \blue{ \mid{ \fbox{ \tt{</em><em>Solution</em><em>:</em><em>-</em><em>}}\mid}}

We will divide 40 with 800

800÷40

20

Now We will Find that in which table of 20 does 1200 comes

So,

1200÷60

20

So Hence The Provisions will last for 20 Days.
