Hi,

The correct option is (C) Low temperature, High pressure.

This is so because when we compress gas the particles of gas comes closer and forces of attraction gets stronger and it's necessary to cool down the temperature to take away the heat produced during compression and then cooling helps in Liquiefing the gas. And when the particles comes closer the state changes from gas to liquid. Hence, liquified.
