➡️a gas exert pressure on the wall of container because of collision between particles and collision happen because of higher force of attraction and less gap between two molecules.❤️❤️

The particles of the gases have very little intermolecular attraction and large intermolecular spaces. Thus the particles of the gas move around rapidly in random directions at a very high speed. During this random movement, they often collide with each other and also the walls of the container. This collision if the gaseous particles with the walls of the container exerts a pressure on the walls of the container.
Hope this helps! ☺
