When helium gas is filled , this phenomenon is observed.
Here helium is a lighter gas than the atmosphere near the crust. So the gas tends to move up to a lighter atmospheric region. This upward force is gien by atmosphere and is = 1atm pressure. That is how much the air above us exerts on us.

as the air inside it is lighter than the air around us so it rises up but mostly the upward force is acting upon it
