A gaseous mixture contains CH4 and C2H6 in equimolecular proportion. What is the weight of 2.24 litres of this mixture at NTP?

I reckon you will have 1.12 L of each gas in the mixture. As 1 mole of a gas occupies 22.4 litres at stp, you will have 1/20 mole of each gas. If molar mass of CH4 = 12 + 1x4 = 16g you will have 1/20 x 16g of CH4. If molar mass of C4H6 = 54g, you will have 1/20 x 54g of this gas. The mass of the mixture will be the sum of these two masses.
