A girl is standing at a point A. She moves towards the east 5m in a straight line then she turn north and moves 12 m at point B and comes at point A i.e, her starting point. What is the total distance she moved? ​

    Using pythogoras theorem, we get AB^2 = Sqrt(AC^2+BC^2)

                                                                         =Sqrt(25+144)

                                                                         =Sqrt(169)= 13 m
