hello bhaiya..
here's Ur answer...
given that a girl kicks a soccer ball and it goes 10 feet away but comes back to her. it's not written that she kicked the ball in ground. she must kicked the ball vertically in the air and we know that everything which goes up come back down to the earth because of gravitational force. so the ball came back to her...
hope it's ok.. =_=

Bonjour!
According to the question, a girl kicks a ball and it goes 10 feet and comes back.
Now, we have to tell how is it possible?
So, here there can be two conditions.
†Condition 1†: A wall after 10 feet(horizontal direction)
If the ball is kicked in horizontal direction and there is a wall after 10 feet then the ball will hit the wall and then come back.
(This is according to Netwon's third law of motion: Every action have equal and opposite reaction).
†Condition 2†: Kicked in vertical direction.
If the girl kicked the ball in the vertical direction (in the air) then it will come back again to her due to gravitational pull of the earth.
(Note: In this question two conditions arises because it is not given that in which direction is the ball thrown)
Hope this helps...:)
