δm = 13.74°

Angle of minimum deviation:

Given that,

ₐμg = 1.7

ₐμw = 1.2

A = 60°

Now, wμg = ₐμg/ₐμw

wμg = 1.7/1.2

wμg = 1.4

Let angle of minimum deviation for the immersed is δm

μ = {sin(A+δm)/2}/{sin(A/2)}

1.4 x sin 30° = sin(60°+δm)/2

∵ 0.6=sin 36.87°

∴ (60°+δm)/2 = 36.87°

δm = (2x36.87°) - 60°

δm = 13.74°

(Your question is incomplete, maybe the complete question is:

A glass prism of refracting angle 60^(@) and of refractive index 1.7, is immersed in a liquid of refractive index is 1.2. What is its angle of minimum deviation ?)
