first a fall its a circle and goat eat 12.56 area
so, Area of circle=pi r2
12.56. =7÷22×r ×2
r. = 19
perimeter of circle = circumference
=2 pi r
=2× 7÷22×19
=12
therefore, length of rope is 19 and perimeter of meadow is 12.
