A goat tethered to a stake by a rope has grazed the meadow over an area of 12.56 m2 around it streching the rope.
i) What is the length of the rope.
ii) What is the perimeter of the meadow?

Answer:

first a fall its a circle and goat eat 12.56 area

so, Area of circle=pi r2

12.56. =7÷22×r ×2

r. = 19

perimeter of circle = circumference

=2 pi r

=2× 7÷22×19

=12

therefore, length of rope is 19 and perimeter of meadow is 12.
