A gold coloured metal object has a mass of 365 g and volume of 22.12 cm3 Is the object composed of pure gold

No. Given object is composed of some lighter metal/alloy not gold.

Let's first calculate density of given metal object.

Density = mass / volume

Density = 365 / 22.12

Density = 16.5 g/cm^3

But we have data that density of gold is 19.3 g/cm^3.

As density of corresponding material is less, it can't be pure gold.
