 A GOOD COMPANY help to build a good charcter because when  our group members corporate equally with each member then the whole of the company will move to progress and at the same time the leader of the company should also involve with the group members so that he can maintain the group with good status. But before that the whole company should keep a target so that they can make preperation from the start of work

I asked a group of young people what they think builds character and they answer me.

1. Making sacrifices for friends and family members.
2. Leaving home and living on your own.
3. Deprivation Lessons learned from failures.
4. Getting hired for your first job.
5. Getting fired in any job.
6. Losing a parent before they were done parenting you.
7. Going to rehab for cutting, drug addictions, and eating disorders.
8. Having to earn money to buy your first car.
9. Surviving your parent's divorce.
10. Having your parents tell you to get a job or move out.
11. Doing community service as part of your sentencing.
12. Doing community service for any reason.
13. Traveling abroad and earning your way as you travel.
14. Running for student government and winning.
15. Having many different roommates from other cultures.

Losing a good friend or family member is always hurting.
