2.Meditate. Meditation helps focus,achieve our goals and helps in controlling our mind also.
3.Eat healthy food. Healthy food like green leafy vegetables,fruits and proteins which are very filling and control hunger. They don't make us obese also.
4.Eat lots of dry fruits.They are healthy,nutritious as well as help to control our cravings. They also are very refreshing and help sharpen our mind.
