I agree with the statement "A great relationship is about two things. First, appreciating the similarities and second respecting the differences"
- A relationship is shared between two human beings. It is inevitable for the two people in a relationships to be like or unlike one other in different ways.
- Similarities are strong support for the building of the relationship in earlier stages. Sharing the same beliefs and traditions with your partner is the best way to be an authentic version of ourselves. Being true to one other is the must in all relationships.
- Differences bring out the spark in the relationship. One gets to grow as a person after learning new things from their partner. The fights that are lead by the issue of not understanding the other's point of view connects us with our partner.
- Hence, the statement is true.
