Here, we have a question of permutation and combination.

Here, each husband should sit with his respective wife and we have three couples. They will sit on three pair of seats on 1 bench. So, the couples can arrange themselves in the seats in 3 ! ways.

So, they can sit in 6 ways with each husband sit with his own wife.
