A guy has 2 pairs of shoes, he has a small brother who wants to go out but he doesn't have shoes, the elder brother offers him his shoes but younger brother refuses to wear those,why he refuses to wear ?

because it will not set to him

might be because the shoes were worn out (or) he did not like those shoes (not sure)
