Solution :

Given that, the hall is 10 m long and 8 m wide, and this means that the floor is 10 m long and 8 m wide.

The area of the floor is

= length of the floor * width of the floor

= 10 * 8 m²

= 80 m²

Thus, the cost of cementing the floor is

= area of the floor * cost per m²

= Rs 80 * 32

= Rs 2560

SOLUTION:-

Given:

•A hall is 10m long & 8m wide.

To find:

The cost of cement of its floor at Rs.32m².

Explanation:

We can find the area of the hall:

•Length= 10m

•Breadth=8m

Area of the hall= Length × breadth

Area of the hall= 10m ×8m

Area of the hall= 80m².

Now,

The cost to cement it's floor at Rs.32m²

=) The cost of the cement Rs.(80× 32)

=) The cost of the cement Rs.2560

Thank you
