we lost rs 5 in 4 lemons transactions , & we got rs 4 more in 5 lemons transaction ,  hence loss of Rs 1

Step-by-step explanation:

4 lemons   for Rs 1

1  lemon  for 1/4  Rs

180 lemons for 180/4 = 45 rs

5 lemons   for Rs 1

1  lemon  for 1/5  Rs

180 lemons for 180/5 = 36 rs

45 + 36 = Rs 81

total lemons = 360

9 Lemons  for rs  2

=> 1 lemon for  2/9

=> 360 lemons  for  360 * 2 /9  = 80 Rs

4 lemons sold 45 times to get  45 rs

5 lemons sold  36 times to get rs 36

but when mixed  9 lemons  sold for 40 times

hence 4 lemons sold 40 times only instead of 45 times

while 5 lemons sold 40 times insted of  36  times

=> we lost rs 5 in 4 lemons transactions

& we got rs 4 more in 5 lemons transaction

hence loss of Rs 1
