$\bf \: volume = ( \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 0.25 \times 0.25 \times 3) {m}^{3} . \\ = ( \frac{22}{21} \times 0.1875) {m}^{3} \\ = 0.10 {m}^{3. }$

FOR SLANT HEIGHT-:
