Given h = 3.5m, d = 16.8 Then the radius will be r = d/2 = 8.4m.

We know that volume = 1/3pir^2h

                                     = 1/3 * 22/7 * (8.4)^2 * 3.5

                                     = 5433.12/21

                                     = 258.7 m^3.

We know that Height l = root r^2 + h^2

                                      = root (8.4)^2 + (3.5)^2

                                     = root 82.81

                                     = 9.1m.

Cloth required to just cover the heap = pirl

                                                               = 22/7 * 8.4 * 9.1

                                                               = 240.24m^2.

l^2 = 3.5^2 + 8.4^2
l^2 = 82.81
l = 9.1 m

Volume = 1/3 πr^2h
= 1/3 x 8.4 x 8.4 x 3.5
= 82.32 m^3

CSA
= Cloth Required
= πrl
= 22/7 x 8.4 x 9.1
= 240.24 m^2
