A heating coil has a resistance of 200ohm. at what rate will heat be produced in it when a current of 2.5A flows through it?​

Since we know that,

⭐Power = work done per unit time

so we get as

the Rate of heat produced in the heating coil is given as

⭐P = I^2*R

P = (2.5)^2 *200

P= 6.25*200

⭐P = 1250 W
