A heavy body and a light body have the same momentum.Which one f them has more kinectic energry .Why?

light body=m1

heavy body=m2

m2>m1

m1v1=m2v2=k   (momentum is same)

KE1=1/2 m1 v1^2 =(k^2)/2m1 ---------------(1)

KE2=1/2 m2 v2^2=(k^2)/2m2-----------------(2)

divide (1) (2)

KE1/KE2 = M2/M1

SINCE M2>M1

THEREFORE KE1>KE2

LIGHT BODY HAS MORE KINETIC ENERGY
