Radius r of the hemi-sphere = ½ ×175 cm
Volume if the hemi-sphere = (½)×(4π/3)(175/2)³ cc= 1403081.1 cc= 1403. 08 litre
Time taken to empty the tank @ 3 litre per minute = 1403.08/3= 467.69 minute= 467m42s.
