If it rises at constant speed, the dv/dt=0, hence acceleration=o
From Newton second law Fresultant= ma, then if a=0ms-2,
Resultant force= zero

Zero because when the speed is constant the acceleration is zero
As force=mass×acceleration
If acceleration is zero
Then force is also zero
F=m×0
F=0
