You Need To Imagine A Bit Tho...
As The Pipe Is Hollow So The Volume Must Be Volume Of Larger Cylinder (With Greater Diameter) Minus The Volume Of Smaller Cylinder.
By Using Formula Of Volume Of Hollow Cylinder
πR²h - πr²h
22/7 * H * (R²-r²)
22/7 * 21 * 10 * (5²- 3²)
22 * 3 * 10 * 16
=10560 cubic cm.
Here's Ya Ans.

given,
height = 21 dm = 210 cm, outer radius = 5 cm (R) , inner radius = 3 cm (r) .
so, volume = πR^2h - πr^2h = πh (R^2 - r^2)
= ( 22/7) * 210 * ( 25 - 9)
= (22/7) * 210 * 16 = 10560
hence the volume of the copper used in making the pipe is 10560 cm cube
