Answer -

Side of square = 30m

Length of the rope = Radius of the sector

Therefore,

Radius of the sector r = 10m

Measure of arc = 90 degrees [Angle of a square]

Area of field that can be grazed = Area of sector

                                                      = 90 / 360 X Pi r^2

                                                      = 90 / 360 X 3.14 X 10 X 10

                                                      = 1 / 4 X 314

                                                      = 78.5 m^2
