Horse can graze in a circle around the pole
Radius  = 21 m
A = pi * r * r
A = 22/7 * 21 *21
A = 1386 m²

the horse while grazing will form a circle with radius 21 m.
thus,
the area grazed=πr^2
area=1386 m^2
