A horse is tied to a pole with 21 m long string. Find the area where the horse can graze.

The area that can be covered by horse will be in the shape of circle.
So now the area where the can graze is
πr^2
The length of string acts as radius of the circle
so
πr^2= 22/7 × 21×21
=1386
therefore the horse can graze in area of 1386 sq metres.
