each tube light draws 40W,

so,total power consumption due to tube lights = 3 × 40 = 120W

energy consumed due to tube lights = 120W × 5hrs = 600 Watt.hr

The fan draws 80W ,

so, total power consumption due to fans = 2 × 80W = 160W

energy consumed due to fans = 160W × 12 hrs = 1920 watt.hr

and power consumption due to television = 60W

energy consumed due to television = 60W × 5hrs = 300 watt.hr

so, total energy consumed per day = 600 + 1920 + 300 = 2820 watt.hr

so, energy consumed per month = 30 × 2820 Watt.hr

= 84600 watt.hr

now cost of electricity = energy consumption per month × rate per kWh

= 84600 Wh × 3Rs/kWh

= 84.6 KWh × 3Rs/Kwh

= 253.8 Rs.
