Question :-

  • Q. A houseing society constructs 250 house out of these 185 are vacant and rest are occupied by families. if the cost of construction of a house is 2,45,000 what amount is collected from occupied house.

Given :-

  • The no. of house constructed i.e., 250.
  • Vacancy of houses 185 and And rest are occupied by families.
  • Cost of constructing a house = ₹ 2,45,000.

To find :-

  • The amount collected from occupied house.

Solution :-

  • As we know the rate of construction of house i.e.,₹ 2,45,000/house .
  • The rest no. of houses are (250 - 185) = 65.

Hence, Amount gained by occupied houses :-

( no. of occupied houses × 2,45,000)

= 65 × 2,45,000 =

\rm{\boxed{\boxed{\purple{\bold{ \implies₹1,59,25,000  ☞ ans.}}}}}
