Answer:

i) histone is a positively charged protein. Makes the negatively charged dna coiled around ot and thus decreases the area occupied by it.

ii) nucleosome is the sum of histone, dna , and h1 protein.

iii) euchromatin is highly coiled and doesn't take place in replication while heterochromatin is loosed and takes part in the replication.
