[a] leishmania reproduce by binary fission  whereas plasmodium reproduce by multiple fission .
[b]in binary fission single cell divide into two daughter cell
in multiple fission single cell divide into many daughter cells.

Differences:-
️Binary fission:-
1. Cell divides into two daughter cells.
2. Take place in normal environmental conditions.

️Multiple fission:-
1. Cell divides into many daughter cells.
2. Take place in adverse environmental conditions.
