1-The brain is double-protected against injuries and shocks due to the following reasons: (i) Cranium: The brain is protected inside the bony box called cranium. (ii) The cerebrospinal fluid: It is present between the meninges of the brain and the cranium.

2-Pons & Cerebellum are the two important parts of the hindbrain. The Pons helps in regulating the breathing rate and is responsible for proper precise and accurate movements of the body parts. The function of cerebellum is to control all the involuntary actions of the body.
