M1=5kg (mass of gun) and M2=0.010kg (mass of bullet)

V1=? ( velocity of gun) and V2=400m/s (velocity of bullet

M1*V1=M2*V2

0.01*0 + 4*0 = 0.01*400 + 4*v
v = -1m/s
hence gun recoil with velocity 1m/s
